Week 25 of the 2022/23 Ghana Premier League season has come to an end today, Monday, April 3.

The matchday started on Saturday and was played throughout the weekend as all 18 participating clubs took turns to play their games.

After bringing the matchday to an end today, there have been some changes in the league standings.

Great Olympics have climbed out of the relegation zone of the Ghana Premier League table after beating Berekum Chelsea 2-1.

Meanwhile, Legon Cities FC have been dragged into the relegation zone after losing 3-2 to Bibiani Gold Stars on Monday afternoon.

The Accra-based club joins Kotoku Royals and Tamale City FC in the red zone. The three teams will now be involved in what should be a heated fight to survive the drop.

Fortunately, there will be no action in the Ghana Premier League until 11 days later.

The relegation-threatened clubs must work hard in training and hope to win their next match to increase their chances of climbing out of the red zone.
