Ampem Darkoa Ladies head caoch Joe Nana Adarkwa said his players are psychologically aware of what is at stake in their game against Sporting Club Casablanca.

The Ghana champions are set to face off against the Moroccan club on Wednesday night in the semifinal of the 2023 CAF Women's Champions League at the Laurent Pokou Stadium in San Pedro.

Nana Adarkwa admits the game will be a tough one but his team is prepared for it.

"Any war that you are going, you don’t need defeat. You predict win, you work for it and you get it," he said at a press conference.

"Psychologically, we have psyched them and they know what is at stake. We all know that tomorrow’s match is a very tough encounter… but preparation wise, we are okay."

The two teams are both making their debut in the competition that is running for three years now.

Ampem Darkoa Ladies will hope to reach the final and become the first Ghanaian team to win the title.
