The tactician was in charge of South Korea at the 2022 FIFA World Cup tournament staged in Qatar.
Despite losing to Ghana, Paulo Bento managed to lead South Korea to beat Portugal and recorded a draw against Uruguay.
The four points picked at the end of the group stage guided the Asian country to the knockout stage of the tournament.
Drawn against Brazil, Paulo Bento and his South Korean side lost and crashed out of the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Following the exit of the tournament, the tactician parted ways with South Korea and is currently spending some good time with his family.
With the coach said to have visited Poland, it has since been speculated that he is being considered for the national team job of the country.
Meanwhile, Coach Paulo Bento is also reportedly one of five coaches shortlisted for the vacant Black Stars head coach job.
