Tamale City FC showed a lot of character on Saturday afternoon to deny Bechem United what should have been an easy win in the Ghana Premier League.
The Hunters travelled all the way to Tamale for the Week 26 encounter of the Ghanaian top-flight league today.
As expected, the team dominated play and had total control of proceedings at the end of the first half after scoring two goals.
Talisman Hafiz Konkoni scored in the 13th minute of the game to shoot Bechem United into the lead.
Just six minutes later, Hafiz Konkoni had another good chance and equalised to double the lead for the visitors.
Unfortunately, for Bechem United, the team could not maintain the momentum after recess.
Tamale City FC came in strong and scored three times to come from behind to secure a 3-2 win.
It was all thanks to second-half goals from Mohammed Yahaya, Clinton Boateng, and Godfred Abban.
