The West African Football Union Zone B Secretariat has announced the release of the logo for the 1st edition of the 2023 Women’s U-20 Cup of Nations, scheduled to take place in Kumasi, Ghana from Saturday, May 20 to Sunday, June 04, 2023.

The highly anticipated tournament will see the participation of seven countries, including Nigeria, Niger, Benin, Ivory Coast, Togo, Burkina Faso, and the host country, Ghana.

The event is set to showcase the talent of the region’s up-and-coming female footballers, as well as promote women’s football across West Africa.

Two premier sports facilities have been selected as the venues for the tournament. The Baba Yara Sports stadium, with a capacity of 40,528. The Dr. Kwame Kyei Sports Complex will also host some of the matches.
