French-born Ghanaian attacker Godson Kyeremeh scored in SM Caen's 3-1 victory against Paris FC in the French second tier on Saturday evening.

The Caennais did not take long to overcome their opponent. Alexandre Mendy, who is aiming for 16 league goals, has taken a big step toward achieving his goal. After a good move from Ali Abdi on the left side, the Moroccan passed the ball to Moussa Sylla. The winger put the ball on Mendy's head to make it 1-0 in the 16th minute.

The Normans took advantage of a bad Parisian recovery to increase their advantage. The unfortunate Chergui found himself on a cross from Yoann Court and saw the ball lob his own goalkeeper to make it 2-0 in the 44th minute.

After the break, the Normands right side was drowning under the Parisian offensives. Alone at the penalty spot, Guilavoguy and Hamel failed to take back the cross from Maçon in the 50th minute.

Substitute Godson Kyeremeh scored his fifth goal of the season on a counter-attack in the 75th minute. At the end of the match, Paris FC managed to reduce the score thanks to Emmanuel Ntim's own goal.

Godson Kyeremeh has made 31 appearances, scored five goals, and assisted two in Ligue 2 this season.
