The General Secretary of the Ghana Football Association (GFA) Prosper Harrison Addo has revealed everyone at the association is pumped up to ensure the Black Meteors qualify for the 2024 Paris Olympic Games.
He said the GFA and all associated with the team started working on team's preparations for the 2023 Africa Cup of Nations in Morocco since they secured qualification in March.
Ghana has not qualified for the Olympic Gmaes since 2004 and will be looking to break the 20-year-old jinx by qualifying in Morocco.
“That is the quest; the quest is to qualify for the Paris Olympic Games next year, so the technical team, the FA and everybody is geared up, in terms of the preparations to ensure that we present a good team," he told Citi Sports.
“We want to give them good preparations so they are in the position to be compete with the rest of Africa in terms of the other teams that will come for the tournament."
